The film is about a crisis in the Czech Television at the end of the year 2000 and beginning of the year 2001. The film is looking at this difficult situation from as much as possible independent point of view. That means a look into the hearts of general staffs of the both fighting broadcasting teams, struggling for only one public broadcasting frequency. It sometimes looks sad, sometimes ridiculous, but mostly these feelings mix with each other. It is not an attempt to determine who was right, but to analyze this situation, how easily can get some incompetent people to an socially important place thanks to the revolutionary enthusiasm and how easily they can gain power over the others.
