In the images of southern Chile, a bitter rural landscape seems to gain ground until any escape horizon is definitively erased. Ana, Veronica, Marta and Toro are four lonely people who live through routine and silence. They gather to eat, stroll along the beach, transfer by ferry or simply accompany each other without saying anything. They seek love, sex, non-existent family affections, spaces and times of their own not only to detach themselves from the loneliness that constitutes them intimately but also, finally, to find themselves.
