I have got the urge to scream. It came out of nowhere. All my thoughts at that moment were directed to control myself and not really start yelling. I told myself: don't shout. I resisted and I remained silent. But that feeling, that inner tension, stayed inside me. I started looking for a place where it would be possible - to shout safely and also freely. I found sirens.
