Joaquín Tapia Guerra
(Bolivia)

He was born in La Paz, Bolivia, in 1990. He studied Literature at the Mayor University of San Andrés, but dropped out in order to study Filmmaking in La Paz. He met Simón Avilés and Gilmar Gonzales in an editing and soccer workshop, and started collaborating with them in several projects. Spring is his directorial debut.
