Elsa Quinette

Elsa Quinette was born in 1972. After studying literature and ethnology, she worked at La Maison de Radio France as a reporter for five years.
In 2003 she underwent a training in documentary cinema at the Ateliers Varan, in the wake she undertook a long trip to India with a camera. She went back to this country regularly in the following years in order to shoot her first film, Life is on the Other Side.
In 2011, her film Life is on the Other Side was presented at IDFMarseille where it won the Georges de Beauregard National Prize.
