Volker Sattel
(Germany)

Volker Sattel was born in 1970 in Speyer am Rhein, Germany. In the years of 1993-99 he studied at Baden-Württemberg Film Academy in Ludwigsburg. He has made various films, which have been shown at festivals, on television and in exhibitions.
He also worked on different than film projects with the artist Olaf Nicaolai and Daniel Klein, musician Tim Elzer (don’t dolby/Cologne) and author Mario Mentrup. With Mentrup he co-created company Vakant Film in 2005.
Volker Sattel works as a director, cinematographer, location scout and photographer. He lives in Berlin.
