Daniela Gebova, director, was born in 1964 in Ostrava. She studied The Academy of Performing Arts in Prague “FAMU” (the documentary directing). Worked as a scripter writer, passed Miners´ University in Ostrava and studied brunch percussions. Until now made around 20 films. Her main interest are social themes that lead into more universal issues, the architecture and visual arts that influence the temporary world. Phenomenons in the society, stories and fates of people are for her very important. She sees crucial the form and the poetic of her films.
