Wen-chen Tseng
(Taiwan)

Wen-chen Tseng is a documentary filmmaker who has spent years documenting stories of disadvantaged groups. Her film, Spring: The Story of Hsu Chin-Yu won the Best Documentary at the 2002 Golden Horse Award, and was also selected by the Busan IFF. Currently, she is working on a film project about transnational migrant workers. She also teaches at the Taipei National University of the Arts.
