Diana Agar
(Portugal)

Diana Agar (1997, Portugal) was born in Porto. During her teenage years, she got her education at one of the artistic high schools of renome in Portugal, the Soares dos Reis School, specializing in Audiovisual Communication. Still young, she won her first film festival award with the short documentary Horia (2015). Later on, already in film school her last short film was selected for several national film festivals, winning the Best Student Animation award by the Portuguese Film Academy and the Best Nacional Animation Essay by the festival Caminhos do Cinema Português. She is also a team member of the programming team at Fest - New Directors, New Films Festival, in Espinho.
