Marisa Alves Pedro studied Fine Arts at Amato Lusitano Secondary School. Since 2016, she entered the Cinema course at the University of Beira Interior and later on a Master's degree, also in Cinema, at the same university. Along the way she worked as a director, producer, art director and stop motion animator in several short films and class exercises.
