Liu To (1984) graduated from the Literature Department of Beijing Film Academy in 2012, major in scriptwriting. She is an independent filmmaker, base in her homeland, Hong Kong. She had finished one feature documentary and five short films, which were narratives of the social movements of Hong Kong, with her unique approaches of storytelling.
