Lasse Linder (1994) graduated from HSLU with a Bachelor of Arts in Film in 2019.

Blurring the lines between narrative and documentary his films explore the lives of people who are trying to find their place and purpose in the world. His shorts BASHKIMI UNITED and ALL CATS ARE GREY IN THE DARK have been screened at film festivals across the world and have won many prizes including the main awards at Tampere, Regard and TIFF.

Currently he is working on his first feature documentary ANOTHER DAY IN THE GARDEN about couples in the autumn of their lives, who are left behind with empty children’s rooms and find themselves confronted with forgotten longings. Furthermore, he is writing an autobiographical script about growing up with psychosis for his first feature fiction WETTERLEUCHTEN.
