From April 20 to May 1, 2022, the 23rd edition of the Buenos Aires International Independent Film Festival (BAFICI) will again prove to be the real hub of independent cinema in Latin America.

To celebrate BAFICI's return to the cinemas of Buenas Aires for the 23rd iteration, the programming team of the festival sent us some of their highlights of the previous edition, which took place in a complex moment due to the pandemic. With these four titles, you can discover a taste of the range BAFICI has on offer in each of its programs, whether in a beguiling short film from Córdoba (My Last Adventure), an experimental history of the US Civil War (The Annotated Field Guide of Ulysses S. Grant), a singular family portrait (Dopamina) or an enigmatic fiction film itself set at a film festival (Communists!, available free for registered users).
