As a child, Abbas Barzegar dreamed of becoming a king. Fate decided otherwise however, and he now lives with his family on a modest farm near Shiraz, in Iran. One day, two German tourists knock on his door. Abbas Barzegar welcomes them, offering them a traditional meal cooked by his wife. His guests find the experience incredible. This gives the humble farmer an idea: offering an authentic Iran to tourists from all over the world. Abbas Barzegar is not satisfied, however. His childhood dream resurfaces, and he decides to invest everything he has in the creation of an archaic nomadic tribe that would double as an ecotourism business and whose king would be him.
