In the period of the People’s Slovak state, Slovak photographer Magdaléna Robinson lost her parents and survived the suffering in concentration camps. Several decades later, she is shocked to see a new interest in the people’s thought on the part of the Slovak public and the adoration of political representatives of the Slovak state. She questions the sense of the suffering of the victims of Nazism since the society seems not to have taken any advice.
