Young children hear a re-telling of the ancient epic, Mahabharata, from a storyteller, in India. The myth allows the young minds to meander and access complex terrains of their childhood; a memory revisited for the filmmaker. Through the course of the storytelling, they are confronted with ideas of masculinity and femininity, with heroism and cowardice, justice and punishment, with the monsters in their dreams; identifying who they really are.
