Siberian permafrost is melting. Instead of living animals, the desolate tundra is home only to the bones of the distant past. Three men with different goals dare to venture into the Yakut wilderness.

Villager Roman with his son Kyym from the city want to hunt wild reindeer, while scientist Semyon searches the nearby permafrost for usable mammoth cells for cloning. In the middle of the Siberian ivory fever, where local fauna and flora goes extinct, Roman, Kyym, and Semyon walk the ground frozen for thousands of years. What will they find in this breathtaking, eerie landscape?
