In the late 1980s, Fabrizio founded the “Noci Sonanti” tribe, living in an old farmhouse in the heart of the Italian countryside without electricity and other comforts of modern life. Thirty years later, the film tells the story of Fabrizio and Siddhartha, his nine-year-old son, who grew up in the tribe. Sid is preparing for his fourth-grade exam - so far the only “institutional” moment of his life. Through interaction with a girl his age, Sid starts becoming aware of his unusual upbringing.
