Toxic Soup shares the stories of everyday Americans fighting to keep their blood, water and air safe from pollution. We follow the filmmakers on a “road trip” around several states to interact with influential or affected Americans and to expose the unethical practices of giant corporations discarding all sorts of chemical substances into water without second thought. Floating around in this “toxic soup,” are carcinogenic and various other chemical substances linked to, for example, autism.
