The Russian activist and artist Oleg Vorotnikov, part of the radical group Voina, literally meaning war in Russian, is famous for politically engaging protest performances, and currently a fugitive from the Russian authorities with an international arrest warrant to his name. This all combines to provide conditions for an enigmatic encounter for the young documentary filmmaker, Zora Čápová. To tell the story of Vorotnikov and his family, Čápová tries to set up a series of meetings with Vorotnikov in Berlin and Prague that have bizarre and unexpected outcomes. The film is a story about these meetings.
