CHIANG Ying-ching was born and grew up in Taipei. She holds an MFA in Documentary & Film Archiving from Tainan National University of the Arts, and a BA in Ethnology from National Chengchi University. CHIANG has lived in Tainan City for almost 18 years. Besides her passion for films, she is also a metalhead, a football fan, a couch potato, and a die-hard coffee lover.
