Parkour is more than just another urban sport. Like ancient pathfinders, the disciples of this sport rewrite the urban environment while looking for a new way to interact with the city. The traceurs roam the urban plains geometrically, challenging their bodies, while the director frames their movements with cubistic precision. Like graffiti art, parkour affirms the centrality of subjectivity in modern cities.
