In the opening frames of this authentic portrait the main character is getting married and looks like a happy newly-wed. Later we see her existence in a rented stopgap flat where she has fled from her husband. The attractive young woman uses the entries in her diary to give the audience an insight into her ambivalent soul, influenced by drug taking. She goes through her youth as well as her odd relationship, ponders on the impact of narcotics on the human psyche and considers suicide. The key episode illustrates her state while high on heroin. At the end she sets out from Prague airport to seek an escape in Israel.
